Clear terms, from the start.
Service scope
Each package describes a specific deliverable. Complete projects, business features, stores and ongoing support require a separate proposal. The brief, required assets and revision rounds are confirmed before starting. Delivery windows assume receipt of the complete brief and required approvals.
Pricing and currency
Displayed prices follow Terial’s supplied commercial references. The declared billing market determines the displayed price and MAD amount shown in the summary. The customer’s bank exchange rate may differ. Tax treatment, invoicing and legal particulars must be confirmed before enabling payments.
Online payment
Payments on this new version remain disabled until the Attijari Payment / CMI integration is validated. The planned journey redirects to the provider’s hosted payment page. No card details will be entered in a Terial form. Orders can only be marked paid after server-side verification.
Cancellation and refunds
Terial’s published policy generally excludes refunds for work already started or completed. Requests are reviewed individually where delivery does not match the agreed scope. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Refund enquiries: refund@terial.agency.
Validation before opening
