1. Overview
This billing policy outlines the subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms for Terial’s AI-driven content creation platform. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Terial offers two main subscription tiers: Basic and Premium. Each tier has multiple billing options to suit your needs.
2.1 Basic Plans
- Monthly: $11.99 per month
- 6-Month: $33.99 per 6 months (equivalent to $5.67 per month)
- Annual: $58.99 per year (equivalent to $4.92 per month)
2.2 Premium Plans
- Monthly: $20.00 per month
- 6-Month: $70.00 per 6 months (equivalent to $11.67 per month)
- Annual: $120.00 per year (equivalent to $10.00 per month)
3. Special Offer
For new subscribers, we offer a 50% discount on the first month of any monthly plan. After the first month, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular price.
- Basic Monthly Plan: First month at $5.99, then $11.99 per month
- Premium Monthly Plan: First month at $10.00, then $20.00 per month
This offer does not apply to 6-month or annual plans.
4. Billing Cycle
4.1. Your subscription will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle (monthly, 6-monthly, or annually).
4.2. The billing date is set to the date of your initial subscription purchase.
5. Payment Methods
5.1. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
5.2. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for your chosen subscription plan.
6. Automatic Renewal
6.1. All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
6.2. For 6-month and annual plans, we will send a reminder email before renewal.
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
7.1. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings.
7.2. Upgrades will be prorated and charged immediately. The new plan will be effective immediately.
7.3. Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cyc
8. Cancellation
8.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
8.2. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
9. Failed Payments
9.1. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again within a few days. If the second attempt fails, we will contact you to update your payment information.
9.2. If we are unable to collect payment after multiple attempts, your account may be suspended or terminated.
10. Price Changes
10.1. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice of the change on our website or via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
10.2. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the next renewal date.
11. Taxes
Subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in addition to our subscription fees.
