Refund Policy

At Terial Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with our work. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for the various services we offer. Please read it carefully.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant investment in creative time, strategic planning, and digital resources, we do not generally offer refunds for work that has already been completed or is in progress. Our pricing is based on the allocation of our team's time and expertise to your projects.

However, we strive for a collaborative partnership and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues or concerns you may have with our service delivery.

2. Subscription Services

2.1. Marketing & Management Plans

Our marketing, SEO, and management plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-yearly, or yearly). These subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please provide written notice to support@terial.agency at least 15 days before your next billing date.
  • Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel, your services will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period. For example, if you cancel a monthly plan halfway through the month, your services will continue until the end of that month, and you will not be charged for the following month.

3. Project-Based Services

3.1. Web Development, UX Design, and Branding Projects

For larger, project-based work, payments are typically structured around milestones.

  • Initial Deposit: The initial deposit or first milestone payment is non-refundable. This payment covers the costs associated with the initial discovery, research, project setup, and allocation of resources.
  • Subsequent Payments: Payments for subsequent milestones are also non-refundable once the work for that milestone has commenced. If you choose to terminate a project mid-way, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

4. Client Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately at contact@terial.agency to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a satisfactory solution and will work with you to revise and adjust deliverables as outlined in our Service Agreement. Refunds will only be considered in cases where Terial Agency has failed to deliver the services as described in the mutually agreed-upon scope of work.

5. How to Request a Refund Review

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a review, please send a detailed email explaining your reasons for the request to our dedicated refunds team.
